By the end of the workshop participants should be able to:

• Develop an action plan to manage their manager by having office management procedures based on effectively     and efficiently achieving outcomes

• Create strategies to manage time and stress levels to work objectively with people and situations

• Influence outcomes through seamless service, teamwork and positive language skills

• Act assertively and use active listening skills to achieve goals and targets

• Write well using current business writing procedures

• Introduce and manage the change process in their work area with courtesy and tact

• Develop a clear vision for how to maximise their influence at work in assisting the manager

• All participants will receive a certificate of accomplishment
